At Central Michigan Sewing Supplies, we want to ensure you have the right parts to keep your machines running smoothly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your sewing parts or accessories are in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  Package Securely

  Safely pack the items in a sturdy box with a copy of your invoice to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
